People come to me when something isn't working - or when everything looks fine on the surface, but something underneath has quietly shifted.
Sometimes they feel stuck. Sometimes they're succeeding by every external measure, but it no longer feels like enough. Sometimes there's a specific challenge: a career decision, a difficult team dynamic, a communication pattern that keeps getting in the way.
Whatever brings them, the work we do together is almost always vertical.
That means we don't just work on the presenting problem. We go to the level beneath it - the stories being told, the assumptions being made, the way the world is being interpreted. Because that's where the real constraint usually lives.
When leaders can see that clearly - really see it - something opens up. They integrate new awareness with what they already know. They find choices they couldn't see before. They move from reacting to choosing.
What I believe
Values are easy to list. Knowing yourself well enough to lead from them - that's different work.
That's what I'm here for.
This isn't theoretical for me.
I bring 25 years of senior HR leadership to this work - across global organisations, complex transformations, and high-stakes people decisions. I've held roles including Global HR Director at Unilever and CHRO of a Unilever-PepsiCo joint venture.
I know what it costs when leaders are operating below their capacity. And I know what becomes possible when they're not.
I'm ICF-aligned, credentialed in Vertical Development (VDI), and I work with a small number of senior leaders at any one time - because this work deserves real attention.

"You can feel her passion to help and support others be the best they can be in every session. She listens intently and creates a path for the discussion that forces you to think differently." — Senior Commercial Manager
If you recognise yourself in any of this - I'd love to talk.
