How I work

Sessions are purposeful and spacious. I'm interested in what's underneath, not just what's presenting.

I work primarily through 1:1 coaching, typically over 6-12 months for substantive developmental work. Focused blocks of 5-6 sessions are available for specific decisions, transitions, or periods of pressure.

The work draws on vertical development theory, adult development frameworks, and a deep understanding of the inner strategies and protective patterns that shape how leaders think, decide, and relate - and how they shift.

I don't name every framework I use. What matters is whether the work moves you.
